These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and unang88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://unang88.cam and all associated services, products, games, and betting markets provided therein.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account with unang88. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2 KYC Requirements

Before processing any withdrawal, or when triggered by our internal risk monitoring systems, we may require you to submit KYC documentation including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad / IC, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months
• A selfie photograph holding your photo ID
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or bank account showing your registered name)

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification is completed. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

As a registered Member, you are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have previously notified us in writing of a suspected security breach.
• Ensuring your Account details remain up-to-date, including your email address and payment method information.
• Logging out of your Account securely after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform on shared or public devices.

All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the blockchain transaction is confirmed. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or shared payment instruments are not permitted and may result in the freezing of funds pending investigation.

unang88 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, for which unang88 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of the Platform at any time. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are as displayed in the cashier at the time of request. Processing times vary by method: e-wallets typically process within 30 minutes; bank transfers within 5–10 business minutes during operational hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals typically confirm within 15–60 minutes depending on network congestion.
• Bonus funds must meet their respective wagering requirements in full before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.

unang88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Each promotion is limited to one participation per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in each promotion's individual terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture on expiry.
• Certain games may contribute at different percentages toward wagering requirements. This is specified in each promotion's detailed terms.
• unang88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice provided where practicable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between Members.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of unang88's management team shall be final and binding.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

9.1 General Betting

• All bets are final once confirmed. unang88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager unless an obvious error in the posted odds or market has occurred.
• In the event of a technical error that causes incorrect odds to be displayed, unang88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Member accounts.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. We reserve the right to adjust individual account stake limits based on betting patterns.

9.2 Sports Betting

• Markets on Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and all other listed events are subject to their respective event-specific rules, available in the sports section of the Platform.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability and may be suspended without notice if a significant event occurs (e.g., a red card in football, a knockdown in MMA).
• Live streaming availability is subject to broadcasting rights and may vary by region.

9.3 Casino & Live Games

• All casino games — including slots, live Baccarat, live Roulette, and live Blackjack — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or live dealer technology audited by independent testing laboratories.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game server's last confirmed state and shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, or creating an Account for a third party.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in ways not intended, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or using low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker variants, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the Platform in lieu of genuine human play.
• Match Fixing / Cheating: Attempting to manipulate sporting events or game outcomes through any means, including participation in or knowledge of match-fixing arrangements.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or structuring transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with a financial institution after wagering funds on the Platform.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with our support team.

unang88 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we have invested in tools and processes to help prevent and address gambling-related harm.

• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall layout and structure of the site — is the property of unang88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, reselling, or commercial exploitation of any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of unang88.
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the Platform.
• Framing, mirroring, or embedding any part of the Platform on any other website or application without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, unang88 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.
• Losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, telecommunications failures, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
• The content or accuracy of any third-party game providers or data feeds integrated into the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days.

unang88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity detected on the Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• An Account remaining inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 24 months, in which case dormancy fees may apply as disclosed in the cashier section.

unang88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform and/or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which unang88 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may refer the dispute to formal dispute resolution proceedings in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction's procedures.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent unang88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
